The Story of California Fluff Cattery

California Fluff Cattery grew from a lasting love for the Russian Blue breed and a belief that kittens develop best when they are raised as part of everyday family life. Our cattery is based in Citrus Heights, California, and our cats live indoors with the care, attention, and respect we would want for any family companion.

What Has Remained Constant

Our cats are companions first. Kittens grow around normal household activity rather than being treated as inventory. We follow their development closely, provide veterinary care, and help families understand both the joys and responsibilities of living with a Russian Blue.
